Weekly Round Up 13th May 2022

What a lovely week! This week we…

• Delivered our leaflets in the Station Road area of our ward with Richard Holden MP, Tom Hunt MP & Lord Parkinson as well as the youth division of North West Durham Conservatives and Mike and Doug - Lanchester, Burnhope & Castleside Councillors
• Our team delivered our newsletters across the ward (suffering a nasty dog bite in the process, we love you for it Scott!)
• Attended the Council Planning Committee South West and approved some lovely housing developments
• Shared info about pop up covid vaccinations in Consett
• Prepared to speak at the Conservative Women's Organisation North East Conference tomorrow - tickets still left so inbox us if you’d like to come along or join for future events
• Secured £8,000 of funding for Crookhall Community Centre
• Helped residents with a whole host of issues
