We’ve been busy as usual and this week we:

Attended the committee meeting at Crookhall Community Centre – loads of exciting stuff happening there. Don’t forget they are still looking for committee members to help plan their exciting future – if you’d like to be involved in any way please send us a message
Attended the Highways Committee - https://democracy.durham.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx...
Attended the area planning committee – https://democracy.durham.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx...
Met with our colleagues at DCC to discuss issues raised by residents where we needed their input to help resolve it – thanks to the officers for their support
Discussed some exiting ideas for some fabulous projects in our ward – we LOVE this bit the most – more details coming soon
As always, helped with lots of issues brought to us by our residents, most easily sorted, some needing further work, but all being addressed

Worked with more local community groups to see what we could do to support their plans
Visited Derwentside IRC with other area members to see the new facilities
Met with the AAP team to discuss ideas for funding local projects
Visited Consett Library to see the Middle Street plans – update coming soon about a virtual event
Continued to help residents with issues
